My chest feels as though it's been impacted, and I've no idea why. Popping my sternum seems like it would solve the problem, so I've been giving that a go intermittently over the past hour or so.

Really, I'm quite bored.

I seem to be experiencing diminished sensitivity in my left foot. It is concerning, to say the least. I wonder if it is due to past injury (the rocks here are quite slick), or if it's a rather more recent event to which I should pay more attention.

Well, I suppose if I should perish again due to a pulmonary embolism, we'll have our answer.
